KRAFFT is a comfortable 4 stars apartment of 79 square meters, located in downtown of Reims, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a small Reims building of 3 units only. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, due to the lack of elevator access to the apartment.  

It consists of 2 bedrooms with premium hotel bedding, a living room of 29m2 – TV - WIFI, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with the master bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The living room includes: Sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, carpet, lamppost, 55' flat screen TV.

The kitchen includes: Oven, Microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, table and chairs for 4 people, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker. Kettle, washing up.

The first bedroom includes: king-size bed 180 x 200, wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps, desk,

The bathroom includes a bath for 2 people and sink.

The second bedroom includes: queen-size bed of 160 x 200 or 2 single beds of 80 x 200 on request, small wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps,

The shower room includes: a shower, a vanity, a hairdryer.

Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Linens and toiletries are provided. The environmentally friendly RITUALS brand bath and body products are installed at every water point. A cot and baby chair can be made available on request.

Important : The apartment is non-smoking. Our friends pets are not allowed. Parties, gatherings are forbidden in the apartment.

A private box located 250 meters from the apartment and can hold up to two cars can be rented at the price of 10€/night/car upon prior reservation and subject to availability. This garage is not suitable for a large SUV or big sedan car (type A8). A deposit of 40€ will be requested for the card and access key of the parking.
