SARAZIN is a 4-star guest apartment with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st floor of our small building of 3 apartments. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, due to the lack of elevator access to the apartment.  

Its area of 110 square meters, and a terrace of 12 square meters. Its facilities invite you to share, conviviality and well-being. Meet with family or friends for a pleasant stay in Reims.

Located in hyper-centre, near the Place du Forum, you can make most of your visits on foot. All shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

It consists of 3 bedrooms with hotel bedding, a living room of 28 square meters with an office space – TV - WIFI, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets.

You will also love its terrace to enjoy the outside, and lazy in the shade of a linden tree.

The living room includes: Sofa, armchairs, TV, a desk for people wishing to work.

The kitchen includes: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, table for 6 people, fridge-freezer, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishes.

The first bedroom includes : king-size bed 180 x 200, wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps,

The bathroom with the first bedroom includes : a bath and sink.

The second bedroom includes: king-size bed of 180 x 200 or single beds of 90 x 200 on request, wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps, alarm clock

The third bedroom includes: Queen-size bed of 160 x 200, or single beds of 80 x 200 on request, wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps.

Please specify the configuration you want when you book or before your arrival, and we will prepare the rooms as you wish.

The shower room includes: shower, sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer.

The two toilets are independent.

Sheets are provided and beds made upon arrival. Linens and toiletries are provided. We offer you bath products from the brand RITUALS, respectful of the environment.

A cot can be made available on request.

Important: The apartment is non-smoking. Our friends pets are not allowed. Parties, gatherings are forbidden in the apartment. 

For your car or motorcycle, possibility of private parking 2 places, closed located nearby on request according to availability, for 10€ per night/car and 40€ deposit for the card and access key. The box is not suitable for large SUVs (type X5, XC90…) or large sedans (type A8...).
